Solution 1: Restart the Game
The ol’ tried-and-tested way to get any kind of software running like its usual self. Simply, close the game by quitting it from the title screen or by eliminate the process altogether. Either way, start the game back up again and hopefully, the problem should be resolved.

Completely resetting or changing back the setting to your preferences is the definitive fix to each of these problems. The bug actually sets the camera speed setting value at 0%.
