Click on the Accounts & Lists located on the right side of the search bar.
From the drop-down menu, select the Manage Your Content and Devices option.
Note: If you delete the wrong device, you will need to log in again to register that device. 2. Then, tap on the profile tab from the bottom bar.
Tap on Your Account.
Tap on Content and devices.
Tap on the Devices tab from the top bar, as shown below.

From the desired device, click on the Edit option.
Enter the desired name you want to change the name to and click on Save.
What does It Mean to Deregister?

Tap on Deregister to delete from each app or device you own.
From the ensuing popup, tap on Deregister.
Click on the Accounts & Lists > Manage Your Content and Devices > Devices tab.
Now, click on Deregister next to the desired device.
Click on Deregister from the popup message.
