The legacy Sticky Notes app was simple to use, while the new version, though feature-rich, has introduced complexity. It uses Microsoft’s OneNote to create, edit, and access notes, so OneNote is required on your PC to use the new Sticky Notes. Users began noticing a new application, “Sticky Notes (Preview),” appearing alongside the legacy Sticky Notes app on their computers. The new Sticky Notes version supports several features, including automatic linking to the website or application where a screenshot was taken.
